PLEASAND AND TASTEFUL
Amongst
the modern business buildings and Hotels, near the American
Ambassy, the Turk restourant is situated. It appeals with his
antique appearance and its 40 years tradition.
In Buzin, on the way to Zagreb airport, the Turk family (Miljenko,
his wife Erika, and Vladimir and Ivan, their sons) will offer
the food and the ambient for every taste.
In its wooden interior you can have all kinds of business lounches,
family dinners, celebrations, wedding dinners, baptismal celebrations,
etc.

On the menu, there is mostly simple continental food like fresh
cow cheese with sour cream, ham, pastry with butter, barbecue,
broach, you can even find a perch. The favorites are “peka“, veal
and lamb.
The house speciality is „lungic“, slightly grilled, with sour
cream, cheese and mushrooms.
Turk restaurant
has a rich wine card wich includes wines from house' wine cellar:
chardonnay, cabernet sauvignion , graševina and cognac, which
won a prize (golden) in Split in 2006.
